Introduction to the model:

Using high-energy heat produced by the laser moment, a special welding wire melts and connects to the damaged areas of the mold to create a strong bond with the raw materials. The mold is then repaired using electric spark, grinding, cutting, and other procedures.  
Benefits and features :
 - High precision, with a welding spot diameter of just 0.2 to 0.5 mm
 - minimal impact area and no processing part deformation.
 - After welding, there is no impact on the etch, the processing parts' color remains preserved, and the oxidation rate is low.
 - After welding, neither the sand hole nor the stomata vanished.
 - Particularly useful for mending mounds that need polishing, it can be processed at the welding point.
 - The rockwell hardness of the processed components might reach 50-60.
